You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use papu4d. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and papu4d enforces mandatory age and identity verification for all accounts.
All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on papu4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). No foreign currency conversion is applied.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one papu4d account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used — will be suspended, and balances within duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.
All bonuses issued by papu4d are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits as stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been fully met.
Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. papu4d reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts found in violation of fair-use standards.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which papu4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described in Clause 13 below.

To register and maintain an active Account on papu4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:
To access real-money games and services on papu4d, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on papu4d at any time. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or different combinations of each — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, papu4d reserves the right to:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. papu4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify papu4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You must ensure that all Account details — including your name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), and registered payment method details — remain accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
papu4d applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request and may also be triggered prior to withdrawal where papu4d has reason to verify account authenticity.
4.1 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear digital copies of the following documents:
4.2 Verification Timeline. papu4d aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Verification may take longer during peak periods or where additional documentation is requested.
4.3 KYC and Withdrawals. No withdrawal will be processed from an Account that has not completed KYC verification. papu4d will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not verified as belonging to the Account Holder.
papu4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits and Account Balances are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.1 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet during standard business hours (07:00-22:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes of confirmation. Deposits made outside these hours may take longer depending on payment provider processing times.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily deposit limits also vary by payment method and may be adjusted by papu4d from time to time.
5.3 Deposit Source. You warrant that all funds deposited to your papu4d Account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties will be rejected. papu4d reserves the right to request additional documentation confirming the source of deposited funds at any time.
5.4 Deposit Fees. papu4d does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not controlled or reimbursed by papu4d.
Verified Account Holders may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to KYC verification completion and the conditions set out in this Clause.
6.1 Withdrawal Processing Timeline. papu4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding IDR 10,000,000 may require additional review time.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Account status and payment method and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. If the original deposit method cannot accept withdrawals (e.g., certain e-wallet configurations), you will be asked to provide an alternative verified bank account for withdrawal processing.
6.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus-derived funds before completion of Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. papu4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees for amounts under IDR 50,000,000 per transaction. For withdrawals exceeding this amount, an administrative fee may apply as stated at the time of withdrawal request.
papu4d may offer promotional Bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms as stated in the individual promotion and to the general conditions set out in this Clause.
7.1 Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are available only to fully verified Account Holders who meet the age and residency requirements set out in Clause 2. One Bonus per Player, per household, per IP address applies unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses carry Wagering Requirements, which specify the total value of eligible bets that must be placed and settled before Bonus funds or Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by Bonus and are stated in the individual promotion terms. Typical Wagering Requirements range from 8x to 25x the Bonus amount.
7.3 Eligible Games and Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100% per bet, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute at reduced rates (often 10-20%). Togel markets and certain high-RTP slots may be excluded entirely from Bonus Wagering Requirement eligibility. Contribution rates are stated in the individual Bonus terms.
7.4 Time Limits. Bonuses and their associated Wagering Requirements are subject to time limits, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of Bonus credit. If Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated time limit, the Bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited.
7.5 Maximum Bet Limits. While Wagering Requirements are active, a maximum bet limit applies to all wagers placed using Bonus funds or mixed Bonus and Real Money Funds. This limit is typically IDR 25,000 per bet. Exceeding the maximum bet limit constitutes a breach of Bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.
7.6 Bonus Abuse. papu4d reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend or permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple Bonuses, coordinated group play intended to circumvent Wagering Requirements, and systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert Bonus funds to withdrawable cash.
All bets placed on papu4d are governed by the general rules set out in this Clause and by any game-specific rules published within the individual game or market interface.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is considered accepted only when it appears in your Account transaction history with a confirmed status. papu4d reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where acceptance would breach platform limits.
8.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Togel draw results are settled according to the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, etc.). Slot and casino game outcomes are settled immediately upon game completion based on the certified random number generator result.
8.3 Obvious Errors. papu4d reserves the right to void bets and adjust Account Balances where an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to technical error, incorrect event start time, incorrect participant names, or human error in manual odds entry. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your Account.
8.4 Event Cancellation or Postponement. If a sports event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Live in-play bets are void only if the event is abandoned before the completion of the natural playing time (e.g., 90 minutes for football).
8.5 Maximum Winnings. papu4d may apply maximum winnings limits to specific bet types or markets, particularly high-odds accumulator bets. Maximum winnings limits are stated in the individual market rules and typically range from IDR 50,000,000 to IDR 500,000,000 depending on bet type and sport.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on papu4d and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Violation may result in Account suspension, Balance confiscation, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

10.1 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion from papu4d for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will take effect within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account or register a new Account.
10.2 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately.
10.3 Session Time Limits. You may set a session time limit that will automatically log you out of your Account after a specified duration of continuous play. Session time limits can be adjusted at any time via your Account settings.
10.4 Reality Check Reminders. papu4d will display a reality check pop-up reminder after every 60 minutes of continuous play, displaying your session duration and net win/loss for the session.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, game designs, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible via the papu4d Platform are the exclusive property of papu4d or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without the express prior written consent of papu4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, papu4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
papu4d's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
papu4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues; (b) actions of third-party payment providers, banks, or e-wallet services; (c) delays in bet settlement caused by event postponement or official result disputes; or (d) loss arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your papu4d Account or service provided, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. papu4d aims to resolve all complaints within 7 business days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate the matter to our senior compliance officer by emailing [email protected]. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior team member not previously involved in the matter, and a final decision will be provided within 14 business days.
papu4d's decision on any dispute is final and binding unless subject to review by the licensing authority or arbitration body under whose jurisdiction papu4d operates.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the papu4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which papu4d holds its international gaming license.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process described in Clause 13.
papu4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to the address registered to your Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.3.
